Good, for a simple lightweight desk. . Decent material, but the welding is poorly done. After assembling the desk, i found that the caster wheels wouldn’t rotate because the welds were misaligned. I removed the wheels it came with and used pipe clamps to put on my own. The desk is a little wobbly, however, mine is probably overloaded with a laptop, two monitors mounted to swingarms that i bolted to the rear of the desk, a soldering/rework station, and a benchtop power supply. If you don’t plan to have a ton of stuff on the desk i’m sure it won’t seem so unstable.
Detailed review-one year later. This desk is greatpros:-it has plenty of room, and can be put in many places thanks to the part of the desk that swings out instead of being fixed in one spot. I have mine swung out the whole way so it goes in a straight line (almost double the length), and it’s like having two desks instead of one. -it seems to be able to hold a lot of weight, but i wouldn’t recommend sitting on it. -came with everything needed to put it together. Cons:-there was a mistake in manufacturing that made one of the holes be about a foot away from where it needed to be. That made things a little bit difficult while trying to put it together. After struggling for a while, we made it work, but it shouldn’t have been that difficult on that one part. -the table tops scratch a bit. Not too easily, but easily enough. I’ve had the desk for about a year now and there are several scratches on the top, but they are hard to see and there aren’t too many. One year later: still a great desk, still sturdy, still looks good, and i would still recommend this to anyone and everyone.
I needed a desk in my room for my new computer i was building and this seemed perfect for the job. Well, it’s almost perfect so let me go through the pros and cons. Pros:-very easy to follow manual. All the parts are labeled really nice. -assembly is overall easy and not too time consuming. . Except for the last step-top shelf can surprisingly hold a lot of weight-looks clean and stylish once put together-expandable shelf is pretty neat-shelves have really nice matte texture to them-lots of room on top and bottom shelves-doesn’t take up too much spaceand we have the cons:-the last step of the assembly. I hate it cause you have to put in all the screws upside down in the top shelf when you’ve already put in the second shelf. It’s a nightmare-the metal is very cheap looking and seems very flimsy-bottom shelf doesn’t have space for full tower (keep that in mind)-keyboard tray is not big enough for keyboard and mouse if you intend on gaming. Use the expandable shelf instead or use keyboard on tray and mouse on second shelf.
Omg love this workstation exactly what i needed.
- Love Love this desk
- Good, but not great.

This desk is the bestest in the westest. I like the contemporary design and the ergonomics; i am 5’4″ and the height is perfect. It actually exceeded my quality expectations for the price. It was a bit tricky to assemble and had to re-do it once because put things backwards. Look at the photo while you are assembling. Anyhow, if you like the design, buy this.
The base is nice and sturdy and holds a lot of supplies. I was able to put it together mostly on my own. When i got down to the last few screws, it did get a bit difficult, so i had my mister drill them. I think most holes were aligned properly with the exception of just a few. I would say get your drill out when you put it together and have a buddy on standby. It’s definitely possible to get it together nice and sturdy without causing damage. Yes, the pull-out work table doesn’t give a lot of support if you’re leaning on it.
This desk is well constructed, sturdy, and beautiful. It was very easy to put together, required very few tools, and the instructions were fairly intelligible. The only downfall i see is that the keyboard shelf is a little low and awkward.
Relatively easy to put together when reading the instructions. . It was not difficult to put together either. My complaint would be that the box was damaged in two places and there was very minor damage to the underside of the bottom piece. Not noticeable when the desk was put together. Lots of room and so far easy to clean. Instructions were easy to follow.
Great quality – easy to put together. I can’t believe how great this desk is. A) awesome design – so practical for small spaces b) it’s become the desk i use for my home office c) it’s well made – easy to put together d) i love how you can expand it by simply rolling out the middle section – smart design. I highly recommend this desk. It’s made of good quality and will definitely hold up for a long time. Price – outstanding – worth far more —-shh, don’t tell anyone. 🙂 haha by far – one of the best purchases i’ve made in a long time. (ps: this shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition).
Great desk, solid material, looks great, but sliding keyboard too narrow and side desk not reversible as some commenters claimed. I’m very happy with this desk. I wish the upper platform were 3 inches or so lower–my monitor is a bit higher up than i would like. There is really not much practical use for having it folded in unless you need the space. I keep my l-shaped part out at all times. The keyboard tray is not wide enough in my opinion. My standard keyboard and mouse plus mousepad do not fit without overlapping. I had to buy a smaller mouse just to give me a couple inches on each side to move around. Also, when the l shaped part is at 90 or even 120 degrees, it still covers part of the right hand side of the keyboard tray, so my right hand (mouse hand) bumps into it. If you open it up to like 140 or even 180 degrees (i.
The desk took me and a friend about 3 hours to set up. The holes on the upper desk aren’t perfectly lined up with the wholes that connect it to the legs which took a ton of time to get in the right spot to actually screw them together with the pulling and pushing of the parts to get them just right. Other then the struggle to put it together the desk itself is amazing. I currently have a 24 inch monitor and a 24 inch tv sitting on top of it with my ps3 and if i really wanted to i could move the screens a little more over and possibly fit another one. The sliding desk i don’t use as a separate desk i use it to hold my ps3 games 3ds games my gaming accessories like controllers and headsets and my daily used items such as ipod phone and 3ds but if i would use it slid opened i could fit 2 more screens on it. My only gripes with the desk are that my computer doesn’t fit on the area for it so i have to have it sideways which really isn’t to much of a problem. The other is the keyboard tray. It isn’t big enough to fit a keyboard with media keys on the sides and a mouse on it.
This is a really nice, sturdy, and easy to assemble desk. It looks nice and does everything it is supposed to. Sadly ome of the plastic guards that are supposed to keep you from getting cut was all warped and looked bad. Thankfully it was on the back side so i could just have it facing the wall and not see it, but if it had been on the front it woulda looked quite weird and would cut me whenever i pulled into the desk from where it was at. Maybe just check the product a bit better but besides that, the desk is awesome.
Perfect small corner space option. I love the versatility of this desk. The packaging of screws and tools was great (labeled nicely). I put it together all by myself which was slightly difficult for a lady that doesn’t ever do this kind of stuff but doable. It holds both 24 inch screens that i need for work.
Nice, sturdy, and good quality. I am really happy with this desk. It’s pretty sturdy, all the pieces were there, instructions weren’t terrible, and it fits my needs perfectly. 4 stars because one of the pieces had an end cap shoved down into it by a second end cap so i couldn’t get a screw into it, i had to cut out the extra piece. After dealing with that everything has been great.
One of the best desks i have ever owned. . Very impressed with this desk. The roll out desktop is a nice feature that provides an enormous work surface. Putting it away is a feature i don’t use often, but when i do it really opens up my apartment, so it is nice for when i am having people over. The unsupported left side of the uppermost desk surface is bot surprisingly a bit wobbly, but it holds my speakers and a few other miscellaneous items. It also appears strong enough to support a second monitor, but don’t quote me on that. Looks nice, and the surface cleans easily if you are a person who eats at your desk. With the purchase of a small side cart with a few drawers this desk has been the perfect solution for me. Flexible in use and overall very sturdy construction.
It’s ok – not the most stable. For the $100 it’s a decent desk. The level that swings out to make the l shape isn’t very stable and the very top tends to lean forward if you put anything heavy (a monitor) on the front of it. The keyboard drawer is a little too low for me, but that’s the case with most desks as i am tall. It also does not accommodate a mouse pad, which makes you put the mouse and keyboard on different levels (i do have a big keyboard with gaming pad on the side) – i plan to cut the keyboard drawer off and use the middle swinging surface for my keyboard and mouse.
After place with each other, the desk is really neat, the precise desk pieces are hard and heavy with a awesome finish, just like you would want and be expecting. The support pieces are, i would say section aluminum, component metal, ranking sturdiness on one-ten (1 becoming a cardboard box, and ten currently being a brick) i would amount it a solid 5. You surely are not likely to want to lean up in opposition to this issue, or use it as leverage to stand up, however it retains all your devices properly and in general is a great desk, no fear of collapse, except earlier said, placing your physique bodyweight on it. Construction of the desk was, a pain to say the minimum. This (and the general sturdiness of the desk is where it loses a star. You will need a phillips head screwdriver, but only for 4 tiny screws to screw in the keyboard panel, other than that, it will become really irritating with an allen wrench (furnished) to link all the parts jointly. Once you are completed, you have an excessive sense of accomplishment. Compared with most do it yourself goods these times, this goods was properly built, you are not pressured to match sq. objects into oval holes. Anything matches collectively rather properly and the little bits and pieces that appear with it are not a small dishevelled of a mess, it is adequately labeled in sealed people today sections connected to cardboard backing with the goods numbered.
Very functional for those with confined room. . I’m applying this desk in very a small apartment. I love that it rotates out to an l condition. Will make a pretty great bedside desk or just more space. The keyboard tray isn’t really major enough for a mousepad if you have a complete dimension keyboard so i keep my mouse up on the side desk. The keyboard tray is rather minimal so retain that in brain if your workplace chair is a minor larger. Establish is durable with one particular exception. When the side desk is rotated in, it is really not specifically strong. Wobbles fairly a little bit when any form of weight is place on the still left facet. I may well have not tightened anything so choose that with a grain of salt.
The building is inadequate, numerous of the holes are not lined up. This desk is unbelievably insecure, the expandable area and major desk are both of those very badly secured (the major desk makes use of a ‘u’ formed bar to join it making it possible for for the rolling segment, this causes important movement. )i’ve bumped this desk a couple of instances and points have fallen right off since of how flimsy it is. The development is poor, a lot of of the holes are not lined up flawlessly, leading to problems when creating. As of this producing i have nonetheless to get the wheels to line up so they in fact roll, but the expandable segment is gentle ample you can just slide it w/o the wheels getting in the proper route. The keyboard consider is far too little to keep a comprehensive keyboard + mouse (i’ve missing one/3 of my mousepad to the keyboard. Over-all this is a low-priced, poorly designed desk – even so it also only $70 so you get what you pay for. I essential an expandable desk in a limited spot and this satisfies my needs, but i unquestionably would not purchase this desk once again. Maybe if the quality was better, but offered the bad development, it really is just not truly worth it.
Magnificent for spending budget household studio. . I use this for my dwelling recording studio. I have by no means been happier with a desk in that house than with this one particular. The swing arm retains my piano keyboard and folds in nicely when not required. Has its house limits as much as how substantially matches on its top, but for the selling price, who cares. I really do not want to shell out 1000’s additional just for a couple of further sq. ft. Also, mine was shipped with a mis-welded part. The client support was good and i bought a new element the next working day. Would like excellent control was tighter, but at minimum they responded immediately.
I purchased a comparable desk at the exact same but from a unique manufacturer. Immediately after all the many issues i experienced with that 1, this a single was a pleasure. The desk is strong, easy to assemble, and has really excellent instructions.
Not the best good quality elements, even when contemplating cost. Packaging does not really protect the products perfectly all through shipping and numerous scratches in paint on metal elements is typical. Assembly is not straightforward but with a aiding hand you can make it. I predicted extra but at the same time am not shocked due to the fact it was so inexpensive to invest in.
